Welp. I was drawing a bunch of Punch faces a while back, and this particularly obnoxious, douchebag looking one amused me. THUS, NEW ICON.

Also I dropped the popeye arms/hands from his design as they look odd with how thin I'm drawing him now.

Douchebagness aside, I like how you've done the eyes. They actually look like eyes. That is, round, shiny orbs protruding slightly from the sockets.
