Hehe, this is actually just a simple bust piece I did...and like the chibi piccy, kinda an unusual way to introduce another character, namely cosplaying him as a member of the A-Laws from MS Gundam 00. But, I feel strongly about introducing him as a character of mine. Since he's an Eastern-styled dragon, I kinda like some suggestions here...but perhaps soemthing besides Japanese or Chinese names (perhaps Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, or Malaysian). But a little bit about him before I go on...this character is very cold and calculating, rather emotionless, cynical and distant on the surface. However when pushed he could be a bit foul-tempered and easily angered...he does have a soft side, just takes ALOT to have even a hint of that show up.

For those unfamiliar with the anime, after the efforts of the UN Forces to bring down Celestial Being, the Earth Sphere Federation forms an autonomous peacekeeping force, known as a the A-Laws (pronounced as Ah Laws). Because the ESF controls the media, they are mostly seen as a force to keep the peace and hunt down anti-government forces. Below the surface, there are about as ruthless as the Titans or the Zanscare Empire of the Universal Century, using any and all means to put down any hint of dissent...one of their favored tools being the Automatons, which hunt down any living being it sets its sights on. Behind that...the A-Laws are secretly guided by the Innovators, who see the A-Laws as the means to unite the will of humanity. Anyway, ruthless officers like this dragon are very much the heart of the A-Laws, the model of what some of these officers appear to be.

I tried my best to match up the colors for a typical A-Laws officer, but unfortunately the hues of colored pencils can't match up perfect, but I think I have came pretty close. *nodnods*
