Personality: Nerida has a very strong personality. She is outgoing and usually quite cheerful, however when she gets angry or upset she can be very snappy and rude, especially If someone is mean to a friend of hers. She's very protective, and borderlines possessive and can be a little jealous. She loves being out in the sun and going for swims, her perfect day is spent at the beach with friends and a big picnic. She gets her mean streak from her Dad, who is the Orca in her. She takes zero shit from anyone and everyone.
Backstory: Nerida was born on some small island not far away from the coast to an Orca Whale and a small dusty fennec, who enjoyed her vacations. Her Mother met her Father on the Island on one of her vacations, and they fell deep in love. When her Mother turned up pregnant after she had returned home, her lover offered her to live with him on the island, which she accepted. The pregnancy was a shock, and it affected their relationship, with Nerida's father being a stubborn headed man, and maybe a bit on the meaner side due to his Orca blood, the relationship eventually fell apart. Even though they are no longer together, they both raised Nerida together and she had a somewhat normal childhood, though of course, being a hybrid wasn't a big deal on the island, the mainlanders looked down on her. Her Father often was there to stand up for his daughter though. But now that Nerida is leaving her island home, and moving to the mainland, she isn't quite sure how things will be. Her Mother did not want her to leave the island, but new that her Daughter would have the same adventure lust that she had herself at her age.
