I don't remember what it's called, but you'll probably get lucky typing werewolf in the nexus search. It gives you serums, recipes, and a dart gun for afflicting companions. Aside from the attribute bonuses, werewolf hide has the same DT as the best power armors with none of the tedious maintenance.
