I began working on this back in January/February. This was my first "serious" foray into Gunpla and first time sanding, primering, and airbrushing a kit rather than cutting out the pieces and slapping them all together. I was working on entering a contest in February; unfortunately I wasn't able to finish on time as I'm still working on it. This kit is definitely not for noobs like me and posing and holding the pieces in place are quite frustrating. But I had had a great time painting and putting this together, despite the frustrations. Reason why it's taking me so long to complete is those pesky decals and my limited patience. I even managed to lose one of the sheets and had to order replacements. I haven't given up on Epyon though. It is one of my favorite mobile suits from Wing, along with the Deathscythe.
