This is the first snowflake of winter tat she will see, despite her probably freezing the grass around her so she was comfortable. Being an Ice-Type, she finds it mildly annoying to be in muggy heat. For some occasions she allows it. But here she is, finding that first snowflake upon her snoot of the upcoming winter!
