It's a polar bear. With a Fennec Fox head that comes down over it like a hood. It's a fursuiting plushie!
They have them up at the Hard Rock Cafe in Foxwoods over here in Connecticut. They are limited editions, my little guy is number 354.
I would probably be willing to buy these for my fellow furs. Just shoot me a note. ^^
