The third in the set of season Iron Artist pieces by Snow-Mishibari.

Winter is associated with a lot of concepts, cold, snow, death, Hell, the underworld, and so the natural character to be depicted is my dragoness, Hel. Its a lovely and different feeling piece for the mysterious creature and captures the otherworldly spirit perfectly. Its always lovely getting more art of the fluffy villain!
