Guilmon want play :)
I just love his derpy face! <3
I really wanted to draw a cute picture of Guilmon this month and I was glad to have succeeded. I am getting to really like drawing reptilian things because I like experimenting with details such as scales and the folds of their leathery skin.
This pose was interesting to draw but I had fun doing it. I had a bit of trouble figuring out how much of his top half would be visible in a pose like this. I had to shrink the size of the belly after drawing it because it was too big before and I doubted anatomy worked like that.
(by the way, those feet were an absolute dream to work on. I loved it!)

Yeah. I think I only have that one other Guilmon picture in my gallery. It comes down to how frequently ideas come to me. Sometimes I want to draw a character, but if I don't have a specific idea in mind I will have too much trouble drawing it.
Hopefully I can draw more Guilmon. He was enjoyable to draw this time around. I also want to start drawing Veemon more too ^^
