After Bash, Blackout is easily my second favorite dragon in Skylanders, so it's just a matter of, well, whatever, that I also give him anthro treatment like Bash before him.
Just to highlight one thing though: In his official model, Blackout has blank white eyes, but I've come to disagree with that setup, so here I am, giving him green eyes because it makes him look cooler :)
