Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind became backwards compatible with the XboxOne recently, and I just so happened to have a copy of the game.
So I've been playing it lately, and it's actually a big nostalgia trigger for me. I played it as a kid, probably when I was too young to actually understand what the hell I was supposed to be doing. But I had fun running around the environment and exploring. And right around now, I could use something to just get some warm fuzzy feels about and get lost in a game.
and then mizu walked in and wondered what the absolute shitfuck I was playing
because to be fair, it's a bit... archaic compared to today's standards....
(I actually have to keep inputting a health cheatcode so I don't die, otherwise I'd be killed by everything in 2 seconds)
And then she threw Yakuza 6 at me and very aggressively begged me to play something made this decade.
they just don't understand how amazing this game is, you can flail and miss a dozen times trying to hit a flying lizard while it shrieks at you and you're also lost because you didn't read the quest and now you're lost forever
