snarks are a fluffy, reptile-headed feline/canine-type monster. typically with fluffy "mane", long fangs/canines, forked tongue, and big paws.
the head and body, or any other visually "smooth" parts of the design, can have short fur OR scales. it is up to your own interpretation!
