William Keiko is a killer whale who becomes Comic Blue, the Blue Ranger of TUFFAgentShepherd's Justice Squadron: Comicger series. While this is the second picture coming out, it's the fourth one that I drew.
Notes:
1. Counting both official and unofficial series, he's the first ranger to be a whale.
2. William shares his first name with William Houndsworth/Gamer White in the official 2018 SAS series, Video Squadron: Gamerman. Interestingly, despite being different colors, they both are second in command of their teams after the Red Ranger.
