I'm no zoologist nor have owned rabbits, but I don't know if they're as savage and bloodthirsty as Watership Down portrays in the movie and tv program. In any case, it makes for a striking, cinematic scene. It's very well drawn, and I particularly like the light to dark effect of the shadowing.
