Kind of inspired by that scene in "Planet of the Apes" where Cornelius discovers the human doll. I think about all the non-biodegradable plastic crapola we're churning out and that's what the next species is going to be digging up and exhibiting in their museums. Also by the discovery my sister has a 17 year old rainbow-haired troll in her car, for good luck (she had it when she finally passed her driver's test, a gift from one of my other sisters).

Here, a Caranoctian troll (several million years in the future) has a close encounter with a rather different type of troll. It doesn't seem impressed.
