And here is my back yard! It's actually a really big yard for a property in the city! Most yards I was seeing in my house hunt were half this size or smaller. The last tenants kinda let the brush go, and left some junk, and their dogs dug holes all over the place, so i got quite a bit of cleaning up to do.
One of the very first things I need to do, is fix the back fence, and install a proper gate into the access road. Then I gotta work on getting all the garbage removed, and leveling the dirt.

Eventually, I would like to put a garage with the door opening into the access road, and a side door, so I could drive into the garage from the access road, and come out the side door into my yard, but that's another project that will be in the distant future when I can save up some money. In the meantime, I do have a metal shed that I never put up that I'll try to put up near the house where I'll be able to store my cyclone game and motorcycle.

I also want to plant a few fruit trees in my yard, and add a chicken coup, which are things I'd actually be able to do in the near future! I want to plant the fruit trees as soon as possible, because I know it'll take a while for them to start producing.

The biggest and most ambitious project I have, is that I want to actually try to add on a room to the house to have a game room/party room. Basically, if you look back at the floor plan, you'll see the back of the house makes an "L" shape with my bedroom, living room and laundry room. So I want to try adding the room to square off the back of the house. But to do that, I would need to do the foundation, extend the roof, and add doorways, build walls and more, and it will be VERY expensive. To be honest, I'm not sure if I'll even be able to do it at all, but it certainly will not be able to be done within the first two or three years. I'll have to really save up, and plan for it.
However, if I do manage to pull it off, that would increase the value of my house dramatically!
