Here's the living room!
As you can see it's really nice! Supposedly that fireplace doesn't actually work, and the flue has been blocked with brick, but I think I'm gonna have someone come out to take a look at it, and see if it is functional or not, and what it needs to be made functional. Or, I may have an electric fireplace thing installed, to have the look of a fire without the fire, since the city is very stingy about fireplaces and the use of them. Not to mention, when I eventually get my second house and move out of California, turning this one into a rental, I would rather my tenants NOT have a fireplace. Of course that wouldn't be for another 10 to 15 years at least, (I will actually have to be able to fully pay this house off, and get a down for a second house before I could do that).
