Here it is guys! My lovely home that I own!
It's a 1400 square foot home on a 7500 square foot lot built 94 years ago! (in 6 years, I'll have a century old house! How cool is that!?)
I'm planning to get all the side paneling fixed up (in the few spots it needs it), and giving it some new paint this summer. (hopefully I'm able to afford it). I'm thinking of making it a nice blue (not really fond of the color it is now, cuz it reminds me of my work XP ).
I'm also planning to install a chain link fence across the front yard, and plant a row of rose bushes for added security. I'll also have to put in a mailbox at the front of the yard, so the mailman doesn't have to come through my yard.
Anyway, yup, this is my new home! ^^
I'll post some pics of the inside too. ;3

About 100 feet from where I am now! My dad knows a guy who plans to sell his house within the next year and he lives one street over from my brother's place here, in the same spot on the same side of the street! lol I can see his house from the backyard here!
At least the move would be super easy!

Yikes, that IS expensive!
It helps that the hoising maket is currently in the toilet in my state, and my city is the lowest of the state! The housing market is supposedly going to increase soon, so the value of my property should go up quite a bit in the future. Not that I'm planning on selling it
