Traditionally hippocampus are shown with the forequarters of a horse and the hindquarters of a fish, but this fellow has the hindquarters of a seal. Plus a nose full of adoable seal-like whiskers!

Hippocampus is 8" (20CM) tall at top of headdress and roughly 8" (15CM) across the horizontal axis. Sculpted in ApoxieSculpt (a synthetic clay) and painted in acrylic.
