From the Elemental commission series, here we have 
whitedragon09's Draggz as a THUNDERSNOW Elemental!
High in remote mountain ranges, weather elementals like this one can change the view across the horizon with a simple thought or flick of the wrist. It is cold and inhospitable to most life here, and yet the frigid air streaked with electricity invigorates this being as he enjoys a display of his own power. But as dangerous as he and his world might be, a friendly smile rests on his face, and any stranded traveler would find a friend in him. The lightning and snowfall are as delightful and mood-lifting to him as a breezy summer day might be to us.
