The story here is a helicopter came upon Tails as he was sitting on the roof of an apartment. The residents came out and enjjoyed their time with tails.
Pilot: "Morning Tails! Everything good?"
Tails: "Hello again, no crime in town since I came. That I know of at least."
Pilot: "That's good to hear!"
Tails: "SIr you were just here like half an hour ago. You jusst came to see me didn't you?"
Pilot: "N-no, that'd be against regulations! These things cost a heck of a lot to use and refuel."
Tails: "Hehe, alright sir."
Pilot: "G'day Tails!"
