Again, you can see the two owners/sellers of the shop (whose names are written in japanese on their torso) ; as for the Orangina bottle, it is a pun in reference to the title of the manga where Madoka comes from, "Kimagure Orange Road" (ABCB, on the towel, being the name of the cafe she is working in).
My, don't remember anymore how much time it took me to color this with simple cheap pencils....
