So, this picture is supposed to represent me about to "take off" to Oregon, as that's where I am about to go for college. I tried to make a dramatic sunset, but it ended up looking like some sort of toxic waste pond... rather than an ocean.
But alas, this might be the last you'll see of me for awhile. For I have no idea how much time I'll have to draw and sketch once in college...

Obviously me neither, haha.
I guess I challenged myself a bit too much there, eh? Haha.
Oh well, guess that's how you learn!
Yeah, I started with just those yellow lines to represent the crests of waves shimmering in the setting sun, but then it looked odd. But by that time I had already colored the ocean blue, so I had to make do with more yelow and a blender. And that just turned it a nasty green hue, haha!
Maybe I should try watercolors or something...
