This is a "free request" sketch that 
Sugarboy created while streaming. One thing I must note is he did this on his actual birthday. (This dude is really nice, lemme tell ya'.)
In the stream one person suggested drawing a "chubby dragon." Meanwhile in the stream I was in a kobold fever. So Sugarboy decided to merge both ideas and did a chubby kobold. The wings/invention was totally Sugarboy's idea, and I like the result of such a spontaneously whimsical sketch. :)
While the true identity of this kobold is certainly up for debate, I'd like to think that this is Dagreer Temnot, a scavenger/inventor sort of kobold fellow from my D&D campaign. He's a "city kobold" that lives with the Temnot tribe beneath the city of Baldur's Gate. What Sugarboy sketched would certainly not be unlike the behavior of little Dagreer. :)
(For those of you not too familiar with kobolds, kobolds tend to love everything dragon-y, and so inventing some dragon wings to wear would be um, something they might would think about!)
