It seems I have commissioned nothing but fennecs at FWA this year... :p
Furry Weekend Atlanta's theme this year was "Galactic Gunslingers," which I absolutely loved. Immediately after learning about it I was inspired to do something directly related to it, and this was one of the characters that came from that brand new story setting I came up with based on the con's theme. This is Thistle Avery, a cyborg fennec fox and bounty hunter sporting advanced weaponry and plenty of sass to back it up.
I commissioned Max Blackrabbit for his take on this badass gunslinger, and he did not disappoint! There isn't much that riles her, and he showed her bold personality here with a confident stance and a revolver still smoking from what was apparently a successful duel.
