Okay, you may have been thinking that Dr. B is quite nuts based on what you have seen so far but you have only seen the tip of the iceberg. She is very nuts. Not only does she monologue, she goes into an in-depth flashback to explain not just the what but the why.
This might be my favorite page so far just cause of the fun factor.

Yep, The "Unit" was outsmarting her. Until a traitor in the Pentagon. nearly doomed the entire group in Afghanistan. Four more would die(Were Murdered) after the tragic raid and Ranger was all that was left.
The Army is still wondering how did this happened. Ranger isn't the only one that wants this "Slime Piece of Shit Filth".

I REALLY love the look of insanity on Dr B's face in panel two!
OMG! Was ears trying to unzip Ranger's top? That is just plain MEAN!
Nice backstory of Dr, B's dealings with Ranger. That last panel was sad but necessary for plot development.

Dr. Brambleberry is by far the most weirdest villain I have seen. The way she speaks, the googly eyes, everything about her is creepy. If I was every captured by her I would probably break my own neck.
My all time favorite evil-doer goes to Hexadecimal. She made being a villainy look cute.

I think I have seen enough to understand she is 1 apple high of being a psycho.
She's a demon's toy (or child) and that doesn't give her any points. She probably tortures, rapes and kills for entertainment (I'm not sure if she does the rape personally or have others do it for her, but it is probably on her to do list). And from what I have seen despite her instabilities she is focused.
