After Several months, I finally was able to finish my little bit larger than life-sized puppet of Pele the Row (Raven/Crow cross) just in time to debut her at FWA this past weekend (April 5-8th 2018). Needless to say she was a big hit, and I had loads of fun puppeting her during the weekend (her clacky beak saved my voice!).
This was my first ever handpuppet build and I learned quite a lot of things while making her, and I'm super happy with how she turned out (She's roughly 17" tall and 24"); pretty much she was made for fun and to learn more about the craft itself.

lol yeah, that was more my bad cause I didn't know how much the bottom plate could take before it hit its limit (this was my first handpuppet build), but I was able to make it last through the weekend and will be fixing it so that never happens again (I didn't have barge cement at that point of the build and in hindsight I wish I would have waited til I got it).
