I'd give it a try, but I know next to nothing about that antagonist character. The picture makes them look like a mammal of science, but also angry and determined.

If I knew a bit more about that character, I'd start my search by looking up words in a narrow part of the M section of the dictionary ( e.g., the 2nd column of this page: http://www.dictionary.com/list/m/6 ) because any name starting with MAL tends to sound at least a little villainous right away.
