Project Timeless Cast (29): Frederick Kelvin

UPDATE (8/8/2021): Frederick had his change. First, the art style was altered so he could fit in a lot better in the same world as Felina, but now- just like Felina- he has his "secret identity".
What's a great hero without a villain? To counter Felina's fire we have Frederick Kelvin, also known as the terrifying Frostbite Kelvin is the multi-millionaire CEO of his own clothing brand, Big Bad, which is a popular brand among men, especially known for its underwear, but there's also clothing for women. He's working on a brand of athletic type of clothes which he's going to release for the public soon. He's a smooth playboy, despite his age. What nobody knows is that he's also the chaotic supervillain, Frostbite, a wolf with ice-powers who wants to bury the world in snow and ice, but that's not going to happen for as long as Felina is around.
I wonder if Felina buys Big Bad brand underwear? Anyway, Enjoy!
