And by 90's I mean the 1890's! Anyway, a little context is needed for this one to make sense I reckon. In the 70's there was somewhat of a resurgence of "Gay Ninties" motiefs and aestetics in certain ways, if you look at some books and even some things like interiors of supermarkets from that era you can get a glimpse at it, it's actually a pretty unique and cool look I reckon at least. Anyway though, here's Rocco dressed up in a very retro inspired outfit, plain white button up shirt, plaid suspenders, bowtie, flat cap, it's so cute I think!
