I get a lot of "slice of life" scenes like this, but the writer in me doesn't like when I post something without a story. So I'm very slow to post things.

Would like to have taken you up on the offer, but I don't even live in the same country, let along the same state. A pity, as I've never been to the west coast before when visiting family in the US.

BTW, how is the leg? Is it giving you any trouble, post op?

Leg is doing alright for the most part. It locks up on me for a minute if I don't move it for a while. But after that I'm fine. Just hoping I get my flexibility back over time.

Not a whole lot. But enough. I'm mostly an introvert myself, so I don't need a lot. But the majority of things are about a half hours drive away. But then again even in metropolitan areas you'd spend that much time getting to a place anyway.
