My boyfriend and I have been writing the story of how our characters Kai and Yami wound up getting together over the course of the last 8 - 9 months.

As we worked on it together we were very pleased to see the direction in which Kai's relationship with Sol wound up going. We both can't get enough of just how much of a father figure the Guilmon has become to him.

This lovely and precious commission is based on such a moment from our RP where the bond the two of them have developed really shines. ^w^
