At first I thought she had a large cut, but on closer inspection, it were only some smeared out blood.
I like the realism and atmosphere of this image. Maybe a bit carnal though.

Looking very close, the shoulder looks to just be a smear. There might be a cut, but I'm pretty sure it's light if anything. Her arm though is a cut, there's a dark line and the blood is dripping from the lower end.

But yeah, fantastic realism.
