Notes for artists:

* Head has three pairs of horns for a total of 6, with the main two at the top being the long ones
* Five-finger hands
* Digitigrade legs with three-toed feet
* Darker blue colour areas stipple into light blue with a dot/halftone pattern. This can line up with scales if you want, but doesn't have to!
* Back and top of head/top of muzzle are coarser/thicker/bigger scales
