So, actually, it's not the birthday of anyone I know of today, so think of this submission as just that, submission. Though having said that, I first put this up at dA precisely because someone there that I admire had their birthday on the submission date.

If you know Skylander's Blackout, however, you may notice that I've decided to take one particular liberty here: Normally, as per official model, Blackout is pupil-less, in other words, his eyes are pure white like a few other Skylanders out there. At first I did follow that fact as a guideline to draw him (as you can check out in my dA gallery), but recently I feel bothered about the lack of pupil. Among other things, that makes it hard to emote with him, if I can explain it as such. So, starting from now (likely not going backwards, though), screw Activision, I like Blackout, and I like him better with normal eye.
