The neighborhoods at the city edge are completely flattened under one of Baragon’s soles. Hundreds are wiped out in a instant, Baragon non the wiser to his horrible deed. He does feel an old crunchy feeling under his foot for some reason, pausing his next step and looking down.
The lucky ones who so nearly escaped the kaiju’s step look up in shear horror at the beast’s foot. Many abandon their cars and just try to run, screaming and panicking.
Baragon does notice the odd grey bumpiness of the small patch of earth. He tilts his head at it. Odd. He squats down low, his padded rump looming over the city outskirts. Perhaps this was just a new type of rock formation he’d just never seen before.
He could also very faintly hear the high-pitched screams of the micros...but they were so miniscule he just assumed his big ears were just ringing again.
