So.... I've been playing quite a bit Sonic Adventure 2 lately, and I'd be lying if I said most of my time wasn't spent raising chao in the chao garden, while looking through various forms a chao can take I began to think of other fun and creative ideas for character chao that aren't in the game for understandable reasons, such as copyright, and so this little guy came to mind, using gameplay logic, I guess you'd mainly focus on raising Power and Run to get him, overall I'm happy with how this turned out.
