♥ We retain all copyrights to our artwork and designs. Do not claim as your original design.
♥ Do not trace/ copy /steal the art.
♥ The adopt is only for personal use (non-commercial purposes).
♥ You may redesign/ modify after adopt but it would be nice if you kept it recognizable.
♥ You may gift, or trade after adopt but you must note me who is the new owner. Do not resell.
♥ Credit for the design is always appreciated.
♥ Breaking our rules and terms of services puts buyer on blacklist, and we will take back our adoptable without refunding.
♥ We can hold for the allotted payment period designated on the adoptable's description, but please ask.
♥♥♥Anything longer than listed can only be requested by a frequent adopt buyer/customer of ours.
♥♥♥ We do not do holds if you plan to pay with points!

I appreciate that you got back to us to explain what happened.
Sadly we are never willing to wait indefinitely for a customer to send payment, which is why we ask winners to pay within 72 hours as already stated on the adopt description. And based on your statement, I presumed you could make it within the 72 hour payment period since it did not sound like you needed more time.
I understand life gets in the way.
However to be considerate to our other customers, we always put an adopt back up for resale if payment was not made in a timely matter, so others get a chance to obtain the design.
Despite you offering to send payment, I will not accept the late payment as there was no hold agreed on.
However since you were willing to explain to us your circumstances, and we are willing to give you a limited opportunity to remove your blacklisting by reclaiming this particular adopt (meaning purchasing the adopt ), as we consider resolving past issues as good reason to lift the blacklist.
However if you do not manage to reclaim this adopt, we will keep you blacklisted.

So are you going to AB the adopt? You can send payment asap if you plan to ab.
