I run and scream, scream and run
From that horrible place.
It offers me no comfort,
And I see something that is not giving what it should.
How long can I run?
How long can I stay alive
Without light?
From that horrible place.
It offers me no comfort,
And I see something that is not giving what it should.
How long can I run?
How long can I stay alive
Without light?

It's rather odd, I know it's not a movie or a flash, but I can't shake the feeling something is going to pop out and scare me O_o I probably shouldn't look too deep into this since I'm not one to have artistic sense, but even though it's all black (unless I'm missing something ^^; ) I get a sense of fear from the comments you put with it. I never felt so much just looking at a blank color O_o
... I.. shall hush up now, you can ignore me XD;

It should scare you. It scares me every night and day.

Adjust your 'eyes.' Let the brightness in as far as it can go, and try again.
Darkness is your master.

You may need to adjust some settings on your monitor to see it. It's very subtle, but it's there all right. Sadly, I think some people won't be able to see it no matter how much they fiddle with their monitor's settings; some older, inexpensive models just might not have the color gamut and contrast necessary to see it.
Seems rather vague, and it really is hard to see the image and how it relates to the description.
But upon closer examination, I see what you mean, and t makes perfect sense.
Even if you can't really tell, it is fairly well done (I can see it pretty well, though).
Made me go look at the last one, which I missed somehow. Very interesting.
But I won't spoil it for anybody else who's still trying to figure out what it is.

seeing a beast in the night, lost and alone without light, the only thing scarier than that primal and pure fear of the unknown is having that fear realized. Running, screaming, stumbling, even the simplest and most inconspicous images turn into demonic and frightful apparitions, the only thing you think of is light, you need light. To see, to discern, to reason, even to think, you need a spark of light no matter how small, to clear your mind of shadows and bring due understanding as to the depth of your desperate situation.
