So I've heard it's 
Flitchard somewhere around this time, I put this together on SAI! This is pretty much how I imagine most macros I draw, I always imagine them being at least this powerful @w@
Anyway, here's Sapphira, carrying around her necklace and a hemisphere, in which contains a galaxy and an entire solar system! She must've altered their sizes... In the most extreme case, she probably grew them to be visible to her!

aaaaaaaa So cute, such wonderful scales~ I love seeing cuties playing with such "small" things like galaxies. The idea she *grew them* to make them visible is absolutely wonderful ~///w///~ I wonder how much she needed to grow them... how much she needed to grow whatever universe they're from to be even visible to her~~~
