This is clearly not proper winter attire! And now look, she's all wet! She'll catch a cold, or worse, if she's not careful! Someone get a warm bath and some hot cocoa, stat!
Also, this reminds me a lot of the water tribe from Avatar: The Last Airbender. Though perhaps a tad sexier. At least nothing's poking through the fabric due to the cold!
