Yup, literally the worst cosplay supplier. And I'm now out $150.

If you paid with paypal or card, you can probably file for a charge back to get your money back.

I tried via PayPal, but the case got dropped after talking with CosplayShopper. I don't know as to why yet, but I'm assuming it's because it's a custom item. And PayPal doesn't deal with custom.

But, the order was fucked up. They should have gone through with a charge back. That's really strange.

Did the money come just out of paypal, or did it get withdrawn from your bank via paypal?
Cause if it is the latter, you can probably ask your bank to do a charge back and explain what happened.

I'm pretty sure it was from our bank through PayPal o.o

Talk to your bank and explain the situation, they might be able to do a charge back on the purchase since the order was messed up.

Yeah, the savings are tremendous...

But what's the point of buying something you can't wear?

Mine took soooooooooooo long to get here, I had to go to MFF dressed as a fugitive from corporate America, lol.

And when it got here- it was tight across the shoulders.

I am a big man, a big, big man.... So I custom ordered too. Yeah, never again, unless they offer a full refund.
