One of the most recognized colors of Poison Dart frogs (even though there are countless) is the blue one. With a rich cobalt, cerulean, and turquoise coloration and black speckles, it's easy to see why. Like all dart frogs, they are collected as pets and become non-venomous. Once they stop eating the ants and other insects in their natural habitat, they lose their poison that gives them their namesake.
This is a one-of-a-kind, handmade sculpture. It's made of a gourd, wire, and epoxy clay, with original glass eyes. It measures 2.75 inches high and 6.25 inches long. This sculpture can also hang on a wall with the wire loop on its belly.
