I live! I die! I live again! More horse arts related to my Eclipse of Elyssia setting. The wild wasteland of the post-apocalyptic Arcadia is a dangerous and violent place, and the surviving highways - praise be Arcadian over-engineering - are as dangerous as any other place. Many are roamed by rowing gangs of motorised raiders, screaming down the roads of fury on their war rigs and battle wagons.

One such gang includes a dynamic trio that calls themselves the RAD RIDERS. Yes, in all caps. Technically, the RAD RIDER is the car's name, though. A heavily modified Crystal Motors Highwaymare AM-10. The raddest car to ever tear up asphalt on either continent. It brought together three quite different girls: Road Rage, a mustang, Burnout, a unicorn, and Nitro Drift, a pegasus. They probably had some more plain and ordinary names once, really, be it 'Daisy Trotter' or 'Hey You Get Over Here!', but being in a crazy raider gang, one needs a properly radical name if they want to get anywhere.

Road Rage is actually the most level-headed member of the group, despite her name. She does get kinda pissy when at the wheel, though, but otherwise she is quite pleasant and sociable, especially for a raider. As it happens, she started out as a prisoner of the gang, fixing their cars, but ended up behind the wheel of one before long, and just kind of kept riding along since then. She's the driver and the mechanic all in one, and, while quite physically powerful, does little fighting outside of the car. She's something of the team's big sis, really.

Burnout is the crazy one. An evil genius, you could say. Except she isn't really a genius, just so crazy her plots occasionally manage to work through sheer audacity. She's also on drugs. Like, all of them. All the time. It can get a bit expensive sometimes. While her name seems car-related, it's actually referring to her unfortunate habit to burn out her horn through magical over-exertion. She's something of a team leader, because she's infinitely energetic and the other two just get swept up in her antics.

Nitro Drift is the tail gunner. She puts on a mean and tough exterior, but in truth, she is in way over her head. She keeps alternating between bravado and panic. Really, she only got into the gang initially because she looked like that one famous raider from the Hoofingstone area (I'm sure some would recognise the reference), and the gang's boss wanted a pretty mascot of sorts. Despite that, she is actually a very good flyer, melee combat specialist, and gunner. Get her right and proper angry, and she's the force to be reckoned with, but otherwise, she can be a bit of a load. The other two like to tease her and call her Spoiler, due to where she rides in the car.

Together, they fight crime are crime.
