Tasha's Hideous Laughter, Level 2 Sorcerer/Wizard, Level 1 Bard spell

One of the stranger spells created, Tasha's Hideous Laughter, or simply Hideous Laughter, nevertheless has a very valid use as far as disabling an opponent. While it isn't nearly as quiet as the versatile Hold Person, it does manage to keep the target from getting in the way until it wears off.

It is also unusual in that casting it involves throwing tiny tarts at the target then waving a feather in the air. Whether the hysterical laughter is caused entirely by magic or from the ridiculousness of the casting method is unknown.
