As usual my stupid doodles turned into a design I had to keep

He lives near the ocean and spends most of his time playing in tide pools or people watching - he'd love to make friends but he's too shy, so for now he just looks. His mouth is very small and not good for crunching so he lives off soft fruit/juice, nectar, honey, small soft sea creatures, blood, and worms/larvae, in that order of preference

His bubbles contain a small amount of toxic digestive enzymes that can cause irritation and blurriness if it happens to hit in the eye, but are otherwise harmless
