Aesthetically it hits all the right notes, it is on a technical scale very well done.
-The purple, red and orange color scheme.
-The sweeping motion of the mount's tail.
-The level of detail.
-Shading and Proportion
-The implied weight and power of the figures and the sword.
As far as genre, I'm not a fan of WoW, so the way the picture is stylized is not my personal tastes. Albeit still a great looking painting. Good work, keep it up =)
