Tolou is a mythical being from chinese mythology (iirc)
It is a four-horned-man-eating goat from K'un Lun and the sharp teeth fit the man eating aspect kinda well.
Overall that a really nice design you created with good shapes that really support his slender composition.
The horns really do it for me.
