here's an updated look for Kat, and what I consider his best look yet, I've decided to change his weapon of choice to something simple I'd actually end up drawing, and gave him the ability to use magic, and I'm still vague in some areas to keep up Kat's anonymity, I also felt like a color ref will be super helpful to not only me but other artists I commission if I want Kat drawn.
