Once again, making it clear, this sprite is 100% made by ME.

So here's an updated version, though still not complete. Trying to add more scales to the sprite's body, though still need to work a bit on the tail and then he'll be done.

Tried to really give these scales a texture, with highlights and whatnot.

Hope it's looking good so far. Like before, once the completed version is done, I'll be moving this to scraps.
